The Make It Real Summit is a 3-day event that will help ambitious coaches and entrepreneurs make their business, impact, and income real (boom!).

How it'll all work

Let’s do a quick rundown of how the whole thing will work.

 

The event will run on February 25, 26 & 27 with 4-5 presentations running each day.

 

Presentation is due by February 4, 2021 for us to have ready to give to attendees who purchase the Coaches Collective VIP Pass.

 

Along with the presentations, there will be a Facebook group for attendees to hang out in, share takeaways, post their accomplishments on their "Make It Real Cards," and ask all of us additional questions. Feel free to join the group and participate in the discussions.

 

The additional Facebook live is not required.

 

 

Leading up to the summit, we’ll have two weeks of promotion. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy! We'll even have a suggested posting/sending schedule for you to make promo easy to outsource to a VA.

 

During the promotion phase and as the summit is running, we’ll also be promoting the Coaches Collective VIP Pass. This includes an All-Access Pass for the replays, Virtual Happy Hour invites (speakers are welcome too), 2 Laser Hot Seat Coaching Sessions, Focused group co-working sessions, one free month of "The Hub" membership, one exclusive VIP breakout session, and Premium bonus content from our speakers. This will provide immense value to our attendees, while making the work of promoting and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions. Yay!

What we'll need from you

1. Contributor Information

The first thing we’ll need is some information from you so we can update our marketing. You can find that form here.

 

Please include the following:

  • Name
  • Title
  • Bio
  • Square headshot
  • Website
  • Contribution information

 

 

2. Promotion

The power of an online summit comes from a group of experts coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved.

 

Because of that, everyone is encouraged to share on social media and to email their lists during the promotion period, starting on February 6, 2021.

 

You’ll want to share using your affiliate link (which you can set up here) so you can get in on the 60% commission that will come from Coaches Collective VIP Pass sales.

 

We will provide swipe copy and graphics to make it easy for you.



3. Live Participation

And last comes participation during the week of the event.

 

We envision a bubbling energy of engagement between the presenters, contributors, and the audience.

 

Along with presentations, there will be a Facebook group for attendees to hang out in, share takeaways, post their accomplishments on their "Make It Real Cards," and ask all of us additional questions.

 

You’ll be able to go live in the Facebook group to connect with the speakers and attendees. (This is not required.)

 

While you are not required to attend the events of other speakers, it’s highly encouraged! We’ll be able to get some great discussions going about the topics being presented.

 

Also, this is a great opportunity for exposure throughout the week. The more the attendees see and hear from you, the more likely they'll want to follow you in the future.

Affiliate Details

While summits are great for overall visibility and making new connections, a little extra income never hurts either, right?

 

That’s exactly why we’ve set up an affiliate program for the Coaches Collective VIP Pass where you’ll receive a commission from all sales from traffic you refer to the event. Payouts will be made by March 6, 2021.

 

The commission structure is as follows:

  • 60% for all Contributors

 

The pricing structure will be:

  • $78 Early Bird Special
  • $97 During the Summit
  • $127 After Summit Ends (last chance to get all the extras)

 

To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, the Resource Vault (coming soon) includes things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads. 

 

Just remember to use your affiliate link, which you can create or look up here.

 

As with all affiliate promotions, be sure to disclose that you’re an affiliate when sharing with your audience.
