Hey hey! We're so excited to team up with you to pull off something that’s going to be absolutely incredible.
The Make It Real Summit is a 3-day event that will help coaches get unstuck, ditch the solo-struggle, and put all the puzzle pieces together to finally make their business, income and impact real (boom!)
On this page, you’ll find all kinds of resources meant to make your life as a speaker as easy as possible and answer any questions you might have. If you run into a question we didn’t answer, email us at [email protected].

How It'll All Work
Let’s do a quick rundown of how the whole thing will work.
The event will run on February 25, 26 & 27 with 4-5 presentations running each day.
All speakers are asked to pre-record their presentations. We welcome you to interact with attendees in the chatbox during the time your presentation will be aired and also show up for a live Q&A immediately afterwards to engage with them and answer questions. There is no video component for attendees, so they will only see the presenter (not each other).
The sessions will include a 5-minute intro with us, 20 minutes of pre-recorded content (with instructions for the audience to opt in to your freebie) and a 5-10 minute live Q&A.
Your pre-recorded presentation is due by February 4, 2021 for us to have ready to play for the audience.
Along with the presentations, there will be a Facebook group for attendees to hang out in, share takeaways, post their accomplishments on their "Make It Real Bingo Cards," and ask all of us additional questions. If attendees have more questions than allotted for while your presentation is going on, you’ll be able to go live in the Facebook group for a bit of an encore to answer those questions, connect with the attendees, and provide even more value.
The additional Facebook live is not required.
We want to make this really fun and enjoyable for you and the participants, so add your special sauce!
Leading up to the summit, we’ll have two weeks of promotion. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy! We'll even have a suggested posting/sending schedule for you to make promo easy to outsource to a VA.
During the promotion phase and as the summit is running, we’ll also be promoting the Coaches Collective VIP Pass. This includes an All-Access Pass for the replays, Virtual Happy Hour invites (speakers are welcome too), 2 Laser Hot Seat Coaching Sessions, Focused group co-working sessions, one free month of "The Hub" membership, one exclusive VIP breakout session, and Premium bonus content from our speakers. This will provide immense value to our attendees, while making the work of promoting and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions. Yay!
What We'll Need From You
1. Basic Information
The first thing we’ll need is some very basic information from you so we can finish up our registration page and Speakers page (Coming Soon).
Please include the following:
- Name
- Title
- Bio
- Square headshot
Once you give us the thumbs up that you’re definitely in, we’ll send you a link where you can upload all this information easily.
2. Presentation Slot Scheduled
The next thing we’ll need is to confirm your presentation time slot. This will be determined by the order of topics. You can double-check the Summit Schedule to ensure the time we have for your timeslot is the same on your end.
3. Presentation
Next up is your presentation!
In a perfect world, we prefer for all the presentations to be held live. However we understand due to the possibility of technical difficulties, we will be using your pre-recorded version of your presentation.
We ask that each speaker record their 20-minute presentation and submit to us by February 4, 2021. Please submit here.
This presentation is meant to be more friendly and casual than perfect and structured. We want our attendees to learn something great, while having fun in the process.
Please structure your content in a way that allows attendees to walk away feeling like they've truly learned something to MAKE THEIR BUSINESS REAL, rather than a webinar format where they feel like they're missing something that they need to buy from you asap.
With that being said, you have your choice of the following presentation formats:
- Slides
- No slides (just your gorgeous/handsome face)
- A mixture of the two
- Interview-style
If you’d like to go with the interview style presentation, we will schedule a time with us to do that before February 4. You’ll still be responsible for editing if any is needed, but we’ll work together to come up with questions.
No matter what format you choose, you are free to use your presentation however you’d like in the future.
Your presentation should include great, actionable content. Here’s the suggested format:
- A quick introduction
- An overview of your topic
- Where people go wrong with your topic and tend to overcomplicate it
- Teaching section
- Specific action steps (with the goal of simplifying their existing process)
- 5 minutes of instructions to access your freebie
- Include questions for attendees to answer in the chat box throughout to boost engagement

4. Coaches Collective VIP Pass
The Coaches Collective VIP Pass will be a huge addition to the presentations we’re running. To make it even more valuable, we’ll ask each of you to provide one resource to add. This includes things like:
- eBooks
- Workbooks
- Courses (big or small)
- 1-month memberships
- Freebies
Note: We expect this to convert well so we do not recommend contributing any 1:1 offers.
It’s totally up to you to decide whether you’d like to create something new or provide something you already have. While this isn’t required, it’s highly encouraged that you participate.
Anyone who does contribute a premium resource (aka not something you're giving away for free somewhere else) will get a 60% affiliate commission on sales, rather than 40%.

5. Promotion
The power of an online summit comes from a group of experts coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved.
Because of that, everyone is encouraged to share on social media and to email their lists during the promotion period, starting on February 6, 2021.
You’ll want to share using your affiliate link (which you can set up here) so you can get in on the 40% commission that will come from any Coaches Collective VIP Pass sales 60% if you've contributed a premium bonus).
We will provide swipe copy and graphics to make it easy for you.
6. Live Participation
And last comes participation during the week of the event.
We envision a bubbling energy of engagement between the presenters and the audience.
Along with the live participation during the presentations and Q&As, there will be a Facebook group for attendees to hang out in, share takeaways, post their accomplishments on their "Make It Real Bingo Cards," and ask all of us additional questions.
You’ll be able to go live in the Facebook group for a bit of an encore to connect with the attendees and provide even more value. (This is not required.)
While you are not required to attend the events of other speakers, it’s highly encouraged! We’ll be able to get some great discussions going about the topics being presented.
Also, this is a great opportunity for exposure throughout the week. The more the attendees see and hear from you, the more likely they'll want to follow you in the future.
Affiliate Details
While summits are great for overall visibility and making new connections, a little extra income never hurts either, right?
That’s exactly why we’ve set up an affiliate program for the Coaches Collective VIP Pass where you’ll receive a commission from all sales from traffic you refer to the event. Payouts will be made by March 6, 2021.
The commission structure is as follows:
- 40% for all speakers
- 60% for all speakers who include a premium bonus
The pricing structure will be:
- $78 Early Bird Special
- $127 During the Summit
- $147 After Summit Ends (last chance to get all the extras)
To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, the Resource Vault includes things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads.

As with all affiliate promotions, be sure to disclose that you’re an affiliate when sharing with your audience.
